1. Inviting agents

Suzhou Meiyang New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd (In short: Meiyang Science & Technology ) is a high-tech corporation which integrates the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of PV products. Our company possesses independent intellectual property rights in both the area of photovoltaic conversion from light to electricity and the area of LED semi-conductor lighting.

Our products include solar inverter, solar controller, mobile solar power station, solar street lamp, solar courtyard lamp, wind and solar mutual complementary generating electricity system, solar traffic lights, LED lights, and since they entered into the market, their priority, high quality, and perfect service system won them good reputation. We beliveve that through out effots, Meiyang is sure to be a renowned corporation in photovoltaic area.

2. Standards of attestation for joining

1.  Agents should be independent legal person corporation or legal nature person.

  2.  Have considerable scale and adequate norm of establishments.

3.  Agents should be with long-term development goals and a wide range of social channels and network resources.

4.  Agents should have deep understantding and confirmation to Meiyang’s concept and products, and support our company’s stagegy on markets.

5.  Agents should abide by Meiyang’s regulations and policies on market, propagandizing our products and safeguarding the image of Meiyang.

6.  Agents should have good reputation and be able to display and participate in project bidding in areal markets independently.

7.  Have the ability to provide areal customer with efficient service and technical strength to improve the level of services.

8.  Agents should own strong ability of market widening, and try hard to finish the sales tasks that assigned by our company.

3. Some regulations on joining

Basing on the rule of cooperating sincerely and benefitting mutually and to establish our products marketing network, we make some regulations on joining to guarantee our two sides’ interests:

1.  Meiyang’s produced photovoltaic products have only one agent in a city, and the agent is responsible for the sale, the executing and management of distributors and design of the store in his area. Agents have the rights of marketing in the entitled area, but low-price dumping and imputation of Meiyang’s products are strictly prohibited.

2.  If there are customers and distributors within a certain area inquire or purchase directly from our company, we will transfer those customers and distributors to the areal agent for farther tracking talks( P.S. The prepaid money must be paid into company’s account). Distributors of the area that has no agent can stock from our company directly and has the priority to apply for areal agent,

3.  Products purchased by agent as sample from our company should no less than 30000 yuan (products’ kinds and amounts are optional), and our company will offer relative document and materials, and publicize agent’s contacting ways on our company’s website.

4.  Our company will provide our agents with goods that under agential price, and goods will be sent immediately payment for good arrives, and we will take the freight. Agents should not imitate or sell products that are similar to ours. Agential pice will be adusted to the situation of market to ensure our agents have adequate market competition.

  5.  We will make sure of the quality of our products. Products warranty :solar panels 3 years, battery 1 year, controller 2 year. Within the warranty period, we will take the responsibility it any quality problem occur (we are not responsible for damages caused by human factors).

 6.  Agents should cultivate the market actively to get efficent porducts orders, and they also have to pay sufficient sum of money for products. Agents have the obligation of maitain a considerable and adequate norms of establishment place to help the opening and widening of products sales. If any agent whoes sales can not reach 200,000 yuan afer half of a year, or he does not purchase products from our company for consecutive 3 months and does not give any explanation to us, we will take them as giving up, and we then have the rights to consign other agent in his area.

4. Strategies for supporting joining

   Meiyang will utilize all means of resources to support and assist agent’s development, and to improve agent’s quality of sales and management.

We enhance our efforts on promoting the quality of our products to maximize agents’ interest.

We are responsible for our agents, properly dealing with the problems appeared in the process of installation, products conflict among nearby areas, and dumping at low price. Agents can not do cross-region sales ( if there are some other special projects, agents should get the written permit letter from our general manager under the condition that the sales price can not be lower than agential price), but it there are any agent violating such a rule, we will punish him by 1%-5% of his sales money, and his agent quality will be cancelled if he commit three times.

Our company arrange fixed or non-fixed training for agential sellers, techinal staff, installation staff, and technology, market situation, sales procedures and techniques are included in those trainings.

To achieve the goals of opening up the market and credit customers, out company has make perfect quality-guarantee systems to manange our products’ quality. We have our own R&D center, continuous improving our technical skills to ensure the interest of customers and agents.

We will cooperate with our agents by sending technique and sales staff in negotiating, bugeting and instructing when there is project of large scale, making efficient project programme according to customer’s needs.

5.Market pricing

1. Carry out the national uniform joining price for supply and sales.
2. Project price is made according to the specific situation in designing.

3. Price for supply and instructing sales price are made by our company according to the market. Agents must get the admission from our company when his sales price is higher than instructing sales price.

6. Awarding policies on joining

  1. We provide our agents with our products at uniform price, and we will return some interest when agents finish their fixed amount of sales.

  2. We will select some excellent agent and give them awards, and selecting standards includes annual sales amount, increasing rates and the publicizing of brand.

7. Procedures for joining

  1. Log in our website to get some information about agent or directly contact us to get informations.

  2. Visit us personally to know detailed information and will offer you some materials.

  3. We assess the appliers(appliers should offer some documents for verification).

  4. Fill in applying blanks, and we will make the final assessments.

  5. We negotiate with out agents and sign agential contract.

  6. Do some preparing works.

  7. Plan, support and monitor agents’ opening activities.
